How long have you been riding and for how long?
Started riding age 4. My mum evented to 4* level, she was a great influence.
How do you stay motivated?
Wanting to be the best at the competitions! I also train a lot of lovely clients and they inspire me.
How many hours a day do you spend at the stables?
All day on the yard then 2 days a week teaching away from home. I’m really lucky to have my horses at home.

Kate Cowell has represented Great Britain internationally a total of 15 times, achieved numerous international victories and top placings on the Small Tour and Big Tour and was national and international reserve champion several times. She was the number 1 British Small Tour rider from 2009 to 2011 and is still active as a Grand Prix rider and trainer.
