Social Media Management & Content

• Planning, creation, and publishing of target-group-specific content for social media and our customers
• Holistic support of our social media channels – from content idea to performance evaluation
• Development of creative content formats using modern AI tools
• Ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

• Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of paid ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant KPIs
• Budget management and data-driven development of campaign performance
• Integration of creative measures (e.g., content and lifestyle shoots) with performance and controlling goals

Interface Management & E-Commerce

• Close collaboration with the e-commerce team for campaigns, launches, and sales promotions
• Support with product presentation in the online shop and on digital platforms
• Collaboration on the further development of our marketing activities
• Cross-departmental coordination and communication with external partners and service providers

Your Profile

Education/Studies: Completed commercial vocational training or degree in marketing, communication, media, or similar
Experience: Several years of professional experience in social media management and/or performance marketing
Paid Ads: Sound knowledge of handling paid ads on various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Campaign Management: Experience in the independent management, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns
Tools: Confident handling of common social media and performance marketing tools
AI Affinity: Interest in AI-supported marketing solutions and digital innovations
Way of working: Structured, creative, and at the same time analytical way of working
Teamwork: Open and communicative personality who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration

• Collection Development: Active participation in the development of our fashion and sportswear collections in collaboration with the team
• Design: Creation of model sketches using common design programs (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
• Color & Theme Scouting: Development of collection and color themes together with the team
• Communication: Coordination with international suppliers and partners

Your Profile

Education: Completed degree as a fashion designer or comparable training
Trend Awareness: Sure instinct for fashion, sports, and lifestyle trends as well as an understanding of our target group
Commitment: High degree of initiative, team spirit, and creativity
Technical Skills: Confident handling of Adobe Illustrator
Languages: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
Mobility: Driving license class B

• Supervision of trade fairs and events
• Support in presenting our brand and products on site

• General office and organizational tasks at the Löhne location
• Planning and coordination of appointments and travel
• Travel activity mainly domestic, occasionally also abroad

Your Profile

Education/Studies: Completed commercial vocational training or business degree
Language skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of French is an advantage
Equestrian affinity: Enthusiasm for and knowledge of equestrian sports
Communication: Open-minded personality with joy in customer contact and an affinity for sales
