Social Media Management & Content

• Planning, creation, and publishing of target-group-specific content for social media and our customers
• Holistic support of our social media channels – from content idea to performance evaluation
• Development of creative content formats using modern AI tools
• Ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

• Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of paid ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant KPIs
• Budget management and data-driven development of campaign performance
• Integration of creative measures (e.g., content and lifestyle shoots) with performance and controlling goals

Interface Management & E-Commerce

• Close collaboration with the e-commerce team for campaigns, launches, and sales promotions
• Support with product presentation in the online shop and on digital platforms
• Collaboration on the further development of our marketing activities
• Cross-departmental coordination and communication with external partners and service providers

Your Profile

Education/Studies: Completed commercial vocational training or degree in marketing, communication, media, or similar
Experience: Several years of professional experience in social media management and/or performance marketing
Paid Ads: Sound knowledge of handling paid ads on various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Campaign Management: Experience in the independent management, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns
Tools: Confident handling of common social media and performance marketing tools
AI Affinity: Interest in AI-supported marketing solutions and digital innovations
Way of working: Structured, creative, and at the same time analytical way of working
Teamwork: Open and communicative personality who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration
