Shipping & delivery

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.99. Shipping is free for orders over €99. For other EU countries, the shipping rate is €9.99, and shipping is free for orders over €149.
At the moment, we ship to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to change or cancel your order afterwards. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us via our contact form.

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check whether it has been left with a neighbor. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will resolve the problem together with the shipping service provider.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us without delay. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.

Yes, we now deliver to DHL Packstations. Please make sure to enter a valid Postnummer and the correct Packstation address during checkout.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notification. Your parcel will either be left at a branch or Packstation for collection or a second delivery attempt will be made. You can find the exact options in the shipment tracking or on the notification card.

No, we cover the return shipping costs for you as long as the return is made within the 14-day return period after receiving the shipment. Simply use our return portal to create a return label.
