Shipping

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99. Shipping is free for orders over €99. For deliveries to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, the flat shipping rate is €9.99. From an order value of €149, shipping is also free. The minimum order value in our shop is €29.

We ship exclusively with DHL Go Green, an environmentally friendly delivery service. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3 to 5 business days. In other countries, delivery times may vary depending on the region and shipping provider. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email.

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to DHL Packstations – but we’re working on making this possible soon.

Returns

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Simply register your return via our returns portal to generate a free return label. Please note that we can only accept returns in their original condition.

Original tags and labels must not be removed.
The item must be undamaged and clean.
The product must be eligible for return.

If you’d like a different size or color, just send the item back and place a new order for the version you want. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the amount within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

Just select your preferred payment option during checkout. Depending on the provider, invoice or installment payment may be available.
